Youth Awards!

This is just a quick reminder that the new Caldecott Medal (for outstanding illustrations in a picture book), Newbery Medal (for outstanding children's literature), and Printz Award (for outstanding young adult literature) winners were announced at the ALA Midwinter Conference this month. These titles often have a high circ rate, due to the prestige of the awards.
