Time Magazine Archive
A student who was researching Herman Goering requested an article from Time Magazine dating back to 1946. She was reading the book I Was the Nuremberg Jailer by Col. Burton C. Andrus and one of the chapters mentioned an article in Time Magazine that she thought would be interesting to read. Since our collection doesn't go back that far, I checked the Readers' Guide Retropective on MCL's site but didn't find the article. I went to the Time website and to my surprise, they have an extensive archive of articles going back to 1923 and I was able to find what she needed. So often, archives are only available to paid subscribers, so I was very pleased to be able to get it free of charge.
