I have long bemoaned the lack of full text currency in Gale or Ebsco, of the Portland Business Journal. But we do have this, it's provided to the library as a sole access point when you log on with the email and password. If another library is a subscriber, they too can register for the full access with their subscription code, found on the mailing label.
Go to http://www.bizjournals.com/ and hit logon in the top corner. Username is email address is in the rolodex.
Once logged on, look up to the top & toggle the content area of cities down to Portland and do a search. The regular person with no subscription can register to have an account too, but if they aren't subscribers, then they don't get full text access, just first pages. You have to continually scruitinize the results because bizjournals provides results from other cities too. No one at the bizjournals website seems to know or care to explain how to limit it to just Portland Business Journal, probably because they want to sell you more cities' journals. Just keep selecting articles from Portland Business Journal. The other cities' Journals won't be full text. http://portland.bizjournals.com/portland/search/
